1st November 2004 - R2-Induction Cap Sealing

Relco UK Ltd has recently added a new automatic induction sealer, the R² to their range of induction equipment. The R² is one of the most advanced induction sealers available and features microprocessor control for perfect sealing results whatever the line speed. Another major feature is the ability to seal closure sizes from 15mm to 110mm in diameter without the need for change parts.

In-built self diagnostic sensors constantly monitor for critical fault conditions and, via a membrane panel, alert the operator and indicate the recommended action to eliminate the fault.

Set up of the unit is completely ‘tool-free’ and the unique design of the coil allows easy alignment to conveyor and cap.

The IP66 rated version of the machine can be power washed whilst in operation, giving the highest degree of protection available for any induction cap sealing system. The R² is available in 2 or 3kW output power and has a comprehensive list of options available for all applications.
