The RWA range
The RWA range of "C"Frame Press HF welding machines are available in a variety of configurations and power settings making them ideal for most applications. The standard machine features high accuracy twin side loading trays with independent control stations (as shown here) but the machine can be built without any trays, with a single front loading tray or with a 180 degree two station rotary table.

As with all Relco welding machines, the HF generator is built into the press minimising floor space required and greatly reducing HF emissions. The RWA welder comes in a choice of three generator power ratings; 3.5kW, 5.0kW and 7.0kW. All generators benefit from the unique Relco AutoTune power control system which regulates the power output of the generator onto the welding head automatically throughout the welding cycle. This produces improved quality welding and also reduces weld times and reject rates leading to increases in productivity, some of our customers have reported productivity gains of over 25% following the introduction of an AutoTune system.

A full range of optional extras is available with the RWA machine including thermostatically controlled heated platen, twin stage pressure control and custom size platens.
