SISA2

Quality Assurance, Simplified

The Relco Seal Integrity Signal Analyser (SISA2)
works seamlessly with your induction system to
provide a convenient and rapid assessment of
critical parameters for each and every weld operation.
Information is produced in the form of a simple
pass/fail result and further detail can be shown on
an integrated alphanumeric display. The system is
simple to set up and use with both external PLC
interface and manual control via an intuitive three
button menu driven system.

Intended for OEM applications, this self-contained
unit precisely records on-time and heating power
available at the head over the entire weld cycle,
rejecting sealing operations should ambient
conditions be sufficiently adverse to warrant concern.
The result is a real-time verification of the magnetic
environment required for reliable, consistent sealing.
Depending on the specific application, functionality
may be enhanced to detect the presence, orientation
and condition of foil providing a further degree of
confidence in finished product.

Measurements are made at the rate of 64,000
samples per second and over 1.2 million calculations
are typically completed using four independent
analytical strategies before the final result is
announced or despatched to the PLC. In the majority
of situations, external sensors are unnecessary
making upgrades to existing stations a simple task.
